Throughout his 20-year career, Nathan has advised on over 300 ESOP M&A transactions, representing billions in transaction value.
Prior to joining CSG Partners in 2014, Nathan was a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he focused on ESOP strategies for ultra-high net worth families. This background in wealth management affords Nathan a unique perspective on the financial and legacy-related needs of private and family-business owners with regard to liquidity transactions.
Nathan began his career as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in Washington, DC. Over the course of his career, Nathan has focused on relationship management, financial/estate planning, commercial banking, securities-based lending, 1042 rollovers, and ESOP transaction advisory services.
