Doron Saraf

A versatile employee ownership expert, Doron Saraf draws on his prior corporate and commercial finance experience to develop holistic ESOP strategies for clients nationwide. Since joining CSG as an analyst in 2019, he has played an active role in all aspects of the firm's investment banking work, including plan formations, terminations, and capital advisory.

Doron began his career in Macy’s renowned Corporate Finance Executive Development Program, where he honed his forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting skills. He then joined Sterling National Bank (now Webster Bank) and focused on evaluating and executing strategic transactions, ranging from M&A to portfolio acquisitions and divestitures.

A Lean Six Sigma certification holder, Doron embraces comprehensive and creative ESOP solutions often reserved for larger enterprises. That reflects his fervent belief in the power and potential of middle market businesses.
