Kate Mitsch, CPA

Kate Mitsch brings more than 15 years of experience in ESOP management and public accounting to CSG Partners. She supports employee-owned companies post-plan formation and through their lifecycles, helping clients address financial and operational priorities and build a foundation for long-term success.

Prior to joining CSG, Kate spent more than a decade with KPMG, where she held leadership roles within the firm’s Finance Advisory practice, most recently leading its Global Finance Advisory Center of Excellence. Kate later served as Director of Finance for an employee-owned, privately held company in Northern California. The role provided firsthand experience navigating the priorities and challenges facing similar businesses.

An East Coast native, Kate now resides in Napa, California, with her family and two golden retrievers. She stays connected to her East Coast roots as a board member of the Marginal Way Preservation Fund in Ogunquit, Maine, and enjoys volunteering and bringing people together.

Kate is a licensed CPA in California and Massachusetts.
