Gene Kennedy

A seasoned commercial banking and lending executive, Gene Kennedy brings decades of experience financing ESOP transactions and advising middle-market businesses. He draws on his financial services experience to help companies and business owners evaluate and execute employee ownership strategies tailored to their long-term objectives.

Prior to joining CSG Partners, Kennedy spent more than 12 years at Customers Bank. As Market Executive for New York and Boston, he built out a corporate and specialty banking practice that delivered an industry-best client experience across multiple target verticals.

Kennedy has also held senior banking and credit roles at First National Bank of New York and JPMorgan Chase. At JPMorgan, he worked across corporate client banking, middle-market, and small-business financial services, giving him broad experience executing transactions for a wide spectrum of privately held companies.

A lifelong New Yorker, Kennedy resides in Brooklyn and works out of CSG's Financial District headquarters.
