Richard Harmon
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Richard Harmon brings a wealth of experience and unique perspectives to his ESOP investment banking advisory work at CSG Partners. In addition to a background in public accounting, Richard has served as a corporate CFO and launched two successful professional services firms.
Before joining CSG in 2011, Richard founded and served as President of BackOffice Support Services, Inc., a financial staffing services provider. He also co-founded and served as CEO of TeamAlliance Technology Partners, LP, a national provider of technology staffing services. Under his leadership, TeamAlliance grew to 30 offices and was sold to Hall Kinion & Associates shortly before its IPO. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has been a Certified Public Accountant for 40 years.
Richard has received numerous awards, including a New York City Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award and Distinguished Service Awards from United Way and United Cerebral Palsy of New York City.
