Well-versed in valuation, strategy analysis, and ESOP-led succession planning, Tommy drives CSG Partners' business development efforts in the Southern US.

Tommy honed his skills and relationship-focused approach at several leading assurance, tax, and financial consultancies, including EY, RSM, Riveron, and Embark. His background includes strategic growth advisory, buy-side and sell-side diligence, and operational analysis for founder-led companies across a range of industries.

Born, raised, and based in Dallas, he's active community volunteer and board member. A former walk-on basketball player at the University of Georgia, he still enjoys an occasional pick-up game alongside golf and family time with his wife and three boys.
